PHYSICAL THERAPY:
-Interned in New York City during Summer 2013 under a physical therapist who has been the doctor on tour with Wicked the musical.
-Logged over 200 hours of assisting physical therapists with injury rehab and Pilates for patients that perform on Broadway.
-Worked for 5 companies in office and backstage where performers received maintenance care on 2 show days.
-Screened patients ranging from children to elderly people, some of which were more athletic individuals to post-surgery patients.
-Outreach to businesses for smaller dance companies and younger dancers to get injury prevention screenings.
-Teach dance conditioning and injury prevention workshops for young dancers using physical therapy techniques.
