discovery, trial preparation, direct examination, cross-examination, background checks, and locating missing
persons and learn how to get profiles admitted into evidence. Dont be left behind in exploiting this gold mine of
information. Also, find out about potential social media ethical traps and how to avoid them with a review of
ethics rules, ethics opinions, and court opinions. You will receive social media research instruction and ethics
tips from recognized Internet research authorities Carole Levitt, Esq. and Mark Rosch, co-authors of The
Cybersleuths Guide to the Internet (IFL Press 2015). The book, which you will receive as part of your seminar
fee, features a fifty-five page chapter dedicated solely to conducting Social Media research, in addition to
