ABSTRACT
This article summarises the development made in polymeric surfactants due its high demand
in last few decades. One emerging theme is the increasing use of polymerisation chemistry
to prepare a wide range of new polymeric surfactants, which are expected to find use in many
diverse areas. These include the relationship between polymeric surfactant and surfactants.
With its production and its applications; advantages. It was observed that the use of an
excessively high content of polymeric surfactant produced lower metal transport extraction
since it gave rise to a higher interfacial resistance
