A departmental enquiry was constituted to inquire into the charges against the
above Delinquent Officer with the serious allegation of the nature of sexual harassment /
sexual abuse against the students studying in residential schools. As you are aware the
State Government imparts utmost priority in ensuring safety and security of students in
residential schools. In this Departmental Proceedings case you have been appointed as
the Inquiring Officer. You will appreciate that cases of sexual harassment are extremely
serious and needs to be dealt with utmost sincerity and dedication. Hence, the ongoing
inquiry of this case needs to be done on a fast track basis so that prompt justice is
ensured.
Accordingly you are hereby directed to ensure that the inquiry into this above
departmental proceeding case is completed within a period of one month, unfailingly.
