Sub: Regarding rejection of my loan application by Sri Premananda
Ray, Under-Secretary- cum- DDO
Sir,
With due respect, I Sri Badal Pradhan, working as Peon in your
department would like to bring a few facts for kind consideration and
symp athetic action that1) That the undersigned is a low paid employee in your department
and due to sheer misfortune, I am suffering from Hydrocele and
other related ailments.
2) That, due to deep financial crisis of maintaining a six member
family, the undersigned is unable to get operated and is suffering
from heavy pain.
3) That, the doctor has already given ultimatum for immediate
operation of Hydrocele.
In view of above premises, I requested Sri Premananda Ray,
Under-Secretary- cum- DDO to receive my application and act according
to the prevailing rules. But, Sri Ray immediately lost his temper for no
rhyme and reason. He turned blind eye to my consistent pleading and
denied to receive my application with adamant. Such action from the
height of Senior and seasoned Govt employee is not only deplorable but
also contrary to the. This is clear breach of fundamental rights of Article
13, 14, 15.

Therefore, I pray before your Lordship to kindly be gracious

enough to direct the Under-Secretary- cum- DDO to receive my
application and act according to the prevailing rules for which the
applicant shall duty bound ever pray. (Copy of application Enclosed)
