7. Assessments are directly related to material
x
taught in course/unit/lesson. 4
Additional Comments:
How will you score your students on the work they turn in? Maybe you can add a
summative assessment that your students can complete to show what they have
learned, or you can tell them on your evaluation page what they will be doing at a
later date to show what they have learned for a grade. Just a suggestion.

2. Multiple forms of communication (i.e. chat,
text, forum, phone call, etc.) are made available

4. Participation is encouraged through the use of
guiding questions.
Additional Comments:

Additional online communication is not needed in this lesson, as your students are
too young to contact you on their own. Plus, it is a hybrid lesson, so you are
available to help students as needed.

Feedback
1. Specific feedback is provided on assignments
x
so that improvement can be made.
2. Feedback is provided in a timely manner.
x
3. Students are given the opportunity to provide
x
constructive feedback to peers.
4. Feedback remains positive and is in the
x
interest of improving skills and understanding.
Additional Comments:
It seems as though you will provide feedback to your students face-to-face as
opposed to online, which makes sense due to their age. Based on the tone of
your writing, I can tell that you are giving your students positive feedback. You
have also given your students a chance to share feedback with each other
through face-to-face discussion.
