LESSON ORGANISATION (based on Australian Curriculum: Health & Physical Education)

Intention: By the end of the lesson, students will have completed their first football SEPEP session and would have fulfilled their duties that have
been placed on them to a high standard

Pre-lesson organisation:
Set up 3 felids to play on
40 cones (different for goals and behinds)
3 Footballs
IPads
Bibs

Learning Area Outcomes:



Strand: movement and physical activity
Sub Strand: moving our body, understanding movement and learning through movement
Focus Areas: active play and minor games, fundamental movement skills, games and sports

Students on duty will be given set up instructions prior to lesson commencement.


Gather students together in the playing area. Recap from the last lesson the different roles and
responsibilities that the students have.

Closing Organisiation
After the last game has finished, the assigned duty team
is to pick up all the equpiment (cones, IPads etc) and
bring them into the storage facility and neatly pack the
equpiment away. Whilst this is getting down gather the
rest of the students to sit down in front of the teacher
waiting for instructions.

Tell the students what they are doing next week and the
role changes that are going to occur. Then tell them what
team is on duty, what equpiment they will need and if any
task need to be completed before the next class begins
