The picture shows a woman of different races, aside from the fact that

the picture portrays a woman which gives us a scent of gender inequality

let's focus on racial inequality that the picture depicts.
Racism is never a thing of the past. Structural racism is far from a relic
of the past. Yet we don't have any idea how much the current distribution of
privilege is shaped by policies of the past and present.
Racial inequality still exists, in 2010 the median wealth difference of
black compared to white families, Black students attending underfunded
schools, as of January 2016 the difference of unemployment rate, even infant
mortality, and as of 2015 41 percent of all unarmed people killed by police
were black.
We aren't pointing a finger to white people that they should be guilty
about black people being discriminated it's just that the policies have
efficiently advantaged whites over nonwhites for generations.
