Description of Problem
In this project, our group is expected to be a team in R&D department of
a factory that produce diapers. Nevertheless, due to lack of funds, the
team decided to persuade several investor to spend their on the
productions. Thus, the R&D department needs to propose a good
production plan to maximize the profit which can be targeted every
month. Below are information which investors might want to know:
Size of the production facilities (based on the available resources)
Amount for each type of diaper that can be produced per month
The selling price of the diapers and estimation on number of the
diapers that can be sold (based on the data provided).
Estimation of the revenue and net profit per month.
Payback on the machine investment.
Minimize the pollution.
Production lines : 10 lines
Workers : 15 workers
Workers capacity 15/20 x 100% = 75%
