WOMEN INJURED AFTER TRYING TO CROSS A FIRE PIT AS PART OF RELIGIOUS
PRACTICE
In a shocking incident a woman had a narrow escape after she attempted to cross a fire pit. She
stumbled and fell into the pit and her saree caught fire.
Although the police quickly managed to lift her out of the fire pit, she was grievously injured.
A woman who was to step into the pit next as part of the ritual was noticeably hesitant after
witnessing the incident herself . But she gathers the courage and steps into the fire pit,
unfortunately she too tumbles and falls.
The incident took place during Ramalingeshwara Brahmotsava. Both women have been shifted
to a nearby hospital and are said to be out of danger.

Azaad Tariq Niamat indeed no god will ask u to cross fire. but we humans do that to offer
ourselfs for that effort to do it to achieve something in life.
that i think. its not the request of the divine but a offer of the human to the divine...
if u want something u as a child will do all kind of things to catch the attention of ur parents to
get what u want...

other cultures .I only think that it should be performed in an orderly way. This way everyone is at

Prasuti Maharaj A couple months ago I saw someone from India posted a video of Kalbhairav
drink a barrel of rum. These people ridiculous. I asked him if he drinks alcohol or eat meat, it
took a while for him to answer "no". I asked him if he does not then when is he promoting that
sort of nonsense. Eventually he removed the post. I think people take some traditions, twist them
to suit themselves and so it goes.
