ABSTRACT

This study aims to explore the theory of program 5s and applies it in the
administrative center of the city of Arapiraca -Al, in particular the finance sector. Before
entering indeed the 5s program, it mentioned the significance of quality in today's
world, its tools, and the importance of training according to some authors. Which they
were raised problems and supposed solutions. The results obtained were: organizing
materials, release of spaces, relocation of people and improving the working
environment.
