development.

Participates in the ongoing development of Unit skills, knowledge, and

competencies for Nursing

Assumes responsibility in shared, delegated, or collaborative assignments;

leads and participates on planning committees/focus groups for nursing
education needs/goals

Attends all mandatory professional development in services; obtains and

maintains expertise to support position.

Relates professionally to colleagues and serves in the role of advisor,

mentor, role model, advocate, facilitator, and educator
