Indiaaccountsformorethan80percentofthegame'srevenuesandperhaps90percentofitsviewership,givingitan
impactonthesportthatnocountrycanrival.Clearly,internationalopiniondoesnotbelievethatinitsdominationof
worldcricketIndiahassetnewstandardsforwhatthepowerfulmustdo.Broadeningtheanalogytoglobal
geopolitics,onecouldwellsay:India,yourworldneedsyou.SoIndiamustplayitsduepartinthestewardshipofthe
