    Face the East.


    1. Place 1st 2 fingers of right hand to your forehead and vibrate ATOH
    2. Place 1st 2 fingers of right hand to your sternum and vibrate MALKUS
    3. Place 1st 2 fingers of right hand to your right shoulder and vibrate VIE GEVORA
    4. Place 1st 2 fingers of right hand to your left shoulder and vibrate VIE GEDULA
    5. Cross your arms across your chest and vibrate LIE OLAM AMEN

    Point 1st 2 fingers of right hand towards the east, draw an invoking star
    (pentagram) and vibrate YOD HAY VOW HAY

    7. Point 1st 2 fingers of right hand towards the south, draw an invoking star
    (pentagram) and vibrate EHIEH
    8. Pont 1st 2 fingers of right hand towards the west, draw an invoking star
    (pentagram) and vibrate ADONAI
    9. Point 1st 2 fingers of right hand towards the north, draw an invoking star
    (pentagram) and vibrate AGLA
    10. Face east again, in silence draw an invoking star (pentagram) with your right
    hand
    11. Put your arms out to your sides, palms up. Vibrate:
