Mission of Function:
The Account Manager is responsible for the maximization of the account penetration and profitable
growth of DF & PD.
Represent DF & PD in all sales/strategic activities (e.g. acquisition of complex and customer specific
solutions) and act as interface between the customer and the internal DF & PD 's organization.
Additionally, acts as the advocate for the customer's interests and shows a personal long term
commitment for his/her customer.

Areas of Responsibility/Tasks:

1. Products to sell:
Medium and Higher Voltage Motor and Inverter (or drive or VFD - Variable Frequency Drive or
VSD - Variable Speed Drive): main job
Low Voltage Motor and Inverter (or drive or VFD or VSD): partly
2. Stake holders:
Government authorities
State own big companies
Project management boards
Consultant companies
EPC contractors
Experience:

3 years Sales and related experiences with a track record of successful performance (new orders)

3 years experience in managing complex projects successfully

Able to build, manage and motivate people successfully

Teamwork and coaching skills

Preferred experience of collaboration with international teams to fit into the worldwide oriented sales,
engineering and supply structure.

Additional Requirements:

Experience with project sales or project management
Mature and confident to deal with above stake holder
English fluently
Aggressive
