The Mechanical Engineering Academic Services Office (ME ASO) is a fast-paced, team-oriented
environment that provides a wide range of programs and services to the ME community.
Co-advise and track over 1,400 undergraduates, master's and doctoral students in all aspects of
their programs, meet with prospective students, and interact with over 90 faculty members
Foster relationships with students to mentor, encourage student self-efficacy and autonomy,

Expertly handle sensitive student information in compliance with FERPA regulations
Manage time schedule creation, curriculum management, enrollment management, long-term
degree planning, and final degree audits
