Quarter 4 Report

General summary:
Renovation Corporation is located in Hanoi, Vietnam. In quarter 4, our asset
value is $25 410 092.34 and our company cash is $22 955 517.72. Our asset is
increasing but our company is decrease than quarter 3. There are restaurant and
store. First, our restaurant is seafood restaurant which named Hey Seafood. Our
restaurant in quarter 3 dropped than two quarter before but finally in the last
quarter we can improve it. We change type of restaurant from seafood to fast food
in the nearly end of quarter 3. And also we buy the new equipment in the end of
quarter 3 and it makes more profit to us in quarter 4. Second, our store isnt better
than two quarter and makes us losses. So in the end of quarter 3 we decide to
close this business. So in the quarter 4 we have only one restaurant.

As above, the diagram shows that the Hello Store makes a little revenues but
Hey Seafood make larger amount of revenues. So this make us try to think about
closing the store. In the end of quarter 3, we already close Hello Store because this
store dont make profit to us. So we just control only the restaurant and improve it
to become better and give more profits.

Summary of financial profits and losses:


Hey Seafood ($21961): In final quarter, we proud of our restaurant because our
profits increase from quarter 3 and make it better than every quarter. In this
quarter our profit is highest than other quarter.

As the chart above show, the first two quarter is increasing but in quarter 3
it drop approximately $1 million and next quarter our asset is increasing because
we buy a new equipment. Also the equipment is the part of the asset

shows that the company
cash is quite increase in the
beginning quarter. The
highest amount of our
company cash is in the
quarter 2. And the lowest
one is quarter 1 because it is
the first beginning. The peak
period is between quarter 3
and quarter 4 because we
buy the new equipment and
repair the old equipment.

In quarter 1, our business make me little profits so we decide to make a new


business in the quarter 2 which is store. But the store make us losses so in the
quarter 3 we close it. And our restaurants profit and revenue increases. Finally, in
the last quarter our revenues and profits is the highest period.

First, our revenue is slowly increase step by step. We improve our


equipment in quarter 4 and buy the new equipment in the quarter 3 so it effect
the consumer to buy our products more. And also we advertise our restaurant by
press and internet. Second, our expenses isnt steadily because in the first quarter
we buy a lots of products and in next quarter we reduce the number of product
because it has some surplus. But in the quarter third our restaurant faced the
shortage time so we decide to increase it until the end of quarter 4. Third, our
profits is increase because we set price higher and our service is very good so it
makes consumer trust our restaurant and more purchase our product. Lastly, our
taxes is happen only in the quarter 3 and four because our revenue grow up.

As you see the diagram you can see that our number of customers increase
in every quarter because we improve it all the time like advertiser,
increase/decreases price to meet the demand of customer and make our service
to be good.

Price

As the diagram, our restaurant sell about seafood so in quarter 1 and


quarter 2 the price is quite similar. Later on, our restaurant isnt good enough so
we decide to change type of restaurant from seafood to fast food. It makes us
decrease price per product because fast foods product is lower than seafood. We
decide to set price only $3000. We find out that people buy a lots at this price.
Then, in the quarter 4 we increase price up to $3300. Lastly, customers who buy
our products increase.
