1. Sir, I assigned, as one of errors the prematurity of the

complaint filed by the complainants. Pursuant to Security Guards
rules, they can be placed under floating status for a period of 6
months. Based on that alone, no dismissal to speak of, much
more illegal and/or constructive, when they filed they complaint
on July 2011, or barely 2months after the end of their contract in

the motion to admit attached documentary evidence and motion
for new trial, wherein Jofar security issued a memo to Lamaya and
