Paste HTML code with file download URL

Step 1: Navigate to the intranet page where you want to embed the video. Click "Edit" to go into
edit mode. At the top right of the Content box click the "Source" button to switch from the Rich
Text Editor mode to the HTML mode for editing the page.
Step 2: Set your cursor at the location in the HTML code where you want to embed the video.
Copy the HTML code below and paste it into the HTML of your page.

Step 3: Replace the bold portions of the above HTML code with the file download URL from the
file you uploaded to your intranet. The two bold portions of the HTML refer to the file to be
embedded.
Step 4: Save the page. If all goes well, your video will automatically play on the intranet page. If
you run into problems, try going to http://www.free-video-hosting.net/embed.php and study the
examples and instructions.
