Statement of facts

On 22 September 1964, Nagendra singh and his brother Rajendra Singh

came to the field along with 9 other persons because of the enmity.
The appellant along with Hikayat kahar and Shanti Devi were working there
in the field.
On the protest being raised by Hikayat and the appellant assault was ordered
by nagendra Singh
There was infliction of blow on the head of Hikayat by Rajendra Singh and
another blow was inflicted upon Hikayat by Rameswar Singh.
The house of Hikayat was set on fire and three of his houses were brunt.
