Hawkins is charged with Rape, Aggravated Sex Abuse and Criminal Sex Act with a person incapable of consent
from two separate incidents, one in which his victim was wheelchair bound. Hawkins has been known to travel
working for different carnivals around the country. The U.S. Marshals Service is offering a reward of up to
$5,000 for information directly leading to his arrest.
