Attended a four-day National Leadership Conference where I enhanced my leadership skills and was
empowered to "strive for greatness." Through small and large group sessions, a variety of speakers and
facilitators, I developed an entirely new leadership skill set. I was taught how to grow as a leader, face the
reality of any situation, use innovative thinking to explore possible solutions, assess possibilities to
determine the best approach, and take action and stay committed to continuous improvement.
