M.H. : I know what information to present to who. For example a patient of mine had something unusual presenting so I went to the nurse who was
providing care for that patient and told them about what I had assessed on the client. From there we decide what intervention to do.

I look forward to my upcoming experiences as a practicing nursing student. I have enjoyed my semester at Trillium and believe I have had many new
experiences. I have developed my skills in G feeds, trach care, medications, bowel protocols, injections and so much more. I think this experience will
provide me with a great foundation for my future practices.
