From the coil to the finished packed product,
the BK-1500 works fully automatic.
The clips making machine BK-1500 is designed for
the manufacture of all common clips and includes
automatic packaging. Zinc coated, painted or plastic
coated wire can be processed.

The entire production and packaging opera-

tion are fully automatic. The wire is drawn by
a pair of feeding rolls directly from the coil
through a roll straightener and pushed to the
rotating bending and cutting station.
After the bending and cutting operation the
finished clips are transferred by a guiding
plate to the box filling station. Knocked-down

box flats are assembled automatically to the
filling station. After reaching the present num-
ber of clips, the boxes are pushed forward,
getting closed and ejected onto a guide rail.
