administer certain medications.

how much time I had to perform the tasks. For example, I prioritized my day by starting with the most important task of attaining vital signs
and doing a head-to-toe assessment and then I prioritized my care depending on whether my patients had any appointments and what time
there medications needed to be administered. If the patient needed their blood sugar to be taken I would do that as part of my morning
assessment and prior to insulin administration throughout the day.

semester. I used these frameworks to understand how the different factors can effect the care of a client as well as the healing process of
the client. These principles were also used to make decisions for how to provide therapeutic care to the different clients I had depending
on things like the environment, their personal life, and their attitude towards nurses.

As the semester comes to an end I can see that I have grown and improved in my practice and clinical skills. My analytical skills have improved as
well and I am better able to put concepts together and into perspective. I am better able to manage my time and prioritize my care. I have also
improved in my assessments and documenting over the course of the day and correctly. However, there is always room for improvement in this
profession. One thing that I need to work on for the future are my delegation skills and assessing when I need to delegate. I developed a learning plan
on delegation skills as well and narrative documentation skills and problem-solving skills. I have worked on these and improved, however I still need to
work on some of these skills. I want to continue to develop my critical thinking and problem-solving, so I will continue to review my notes and practice
my skills. I will incorporate the feedback I have received from my clinical instructor, my peers, and the inter-professional team on the unit to improve
my care for my future practice. I am looking forward to next semester. It was a pleasure having you as my instructor again Grace, thank you for all
your help, support, and feedback.
