semester. I made a template for myself to organize my patient care where I would write everything I need to do and check it off as I do it
throughout the day. While researching the diagnoses and medications, I would connect the information I found to understand why my
patients were on certain medications depending on their diagnoses. I also identified the things I need to assess my patients for in order to
administer certain medications.

N.C. : I prioritized effectively while providing care by deciding what was the most important and what was least important and by looking at
how much time I had to perform the tasks. For example, I prioritized my day by starting with the most important task of attaining vital signs
and doing a head-to-toe assessment and then I prioritized my care depending on whether my patients had any appointments and what time
there medications needed to be administered. If the patient needed their blood sugar to be taken I would do that as part of my morning
assessment and prior to insulin administration throughout the day.
