2. State briefly two goals for the next two years.

My first goal for the next two years is to try and gain experience teaching within and outside of the
classroom setting. I am going to stay current from a professional development standpoint by attending
workshops and conferences. My second goal is to complete the Master of Education
program through the University of Sunderland and earn my Masters degree. This
goal will be accomplished within a year and will mark a significant
accomplishment in my academic development. These academic goals reflect my
personal desire to increase my and the best ways to teach it to my students by
incorporating the things I have learned into my daily practices as an educator.
3. What special contribution do you think you can bring from your past experiences? For example, you
may describe your gifts and strengths- spiritual, personality and character.
I feel that one of my greatest strengths is the ability to meet each students unique needs by having an
in-depth understanding of their abilities and needs. I am a continuously curious and open-minded
individual who firmly believes in paradigm breaking. I believe that teaching makes a lasting
contribution to a young persons life and it is important for them to acquire both knowledge and skills.
With my responsive thinking, patience and sensitivity, strong self-motivation and enthusiasm I want to
pass on all that I have learnt to others. This is my motivation for pursuing a career in teaching and I feel
that I have a lot to offer young people.
4. What length of commitment are you willing to make to our organisation?
I am steady sort of person; I do not like changing jobs as far as possible. If the challenges are as great
as I feel from this interview and I make good progress in the organisation, it should be a long-term
commitment.
