The importance to use sunblock for the skin

It is very important for a person to use sunblock/cream with SPF when


out of the room to protect the skin from UV rays. It cause UV rays acts
damaging skin tissue. UV light has three components, namely: UV A and UV
B UV C. UV A can cause acne, tanning and can also cause skin cancer. UV B
can cause wrinkles and dark spots, UV rays can penetrate even this layer of
glass so sunblock needs apply even indoors.
In an interview, dr. Hapsari Susanti Nindita, SP. KK suggest to use
sunblock with SPF 30 and contains UV protection from UV A and B for
outdoor activity. In addition search also labeled PA++, products labeled it
can protect skin from UV A that can trigger skin cancer. We recommend
using a sunscreen 30 minutes before going outside the room or under the
sun and repeat usage of sunscreen every 3 5 hours.
