THE MEETING
SETTING:
Place: Church

CHARACTERS:
1. Pedro Deo - the man who became engineer and fall in
love with Lita
2. Lita Miel - the girl who was very close to Pedro but they
don't have any commitment and she decided to be a nun

PROBLEM:
Pedro can't enter to college because he doesnt have money
at all.

SOLUTION:
Pedro went to the city to find a job.

REACTION:
I like the story but I am not satisfied with the end of the story
because it was hanging. The line, put your mind on it and keep it
there" got my attention.

SUMMARY:

At the beginning of the story, there was a man who stepped

in one of the churches of the big city. He described the churches
as a dull place because it was empty. When the man fall asleep,
there was a girl who has been watching the man. When he woke
up, they had a short conversation. They talked about some
personal stories. Then, suddenly, everything went white. The man
was unconscious. When he woke up, he saw the girl. The man met
the girls parents, who were among the influential parishioners
and they gave Pedro a job, as church janitor. Through this job, he
was able to enroll in a night collegiate course for working student.
Litas favorite subject is trigonometry. Her parents wanted
her to be an engineer but its not her dream. Ever since, she
wanted to be a nun. Pedro has been forcing Lita to back out from
being a nun, but he cant force her that time. Pedro felt unhappy
because he has feelings for her.
Pedro Dea became absent-minded because he cant get
over to the decision of Lita.
