What am I going to teach?
In this lesson I aim to examine what is meant by the term Cyber bullying and to explore many aspects that
contribute to cyber bullying, along with how to prevent bullying.

At the end of this lesson, students should be able to.
Demonstrate an understanding of the term cyber bully
Explain how we can minimise bullies in today's society

Students might have a limited knowledge of this subject as it would not have been covered in a lot of depth in
primary school. However, for those students who are on social media they might have heard of various terms
and stories from different friends and family.

How will I differentiate the content knowledge of this lesson so as to include all learners in a mixed

in different ways. I also will use different forms of methodologies to suit different students, for
example videos, group work and games.

LITERACY & NUMERACY:
What are the essential aspects of literacy/numeracy in this lesson?
In this lesson, students will come across new terms such as the cyber bullying. By conducting a class
discussion at the beginning of the lesson, this will allow students to see what they already know about the
topic. Also in this lesson I have incorporated a reading element. I will provide assistance should someone get
stuck on a word or do not understand the meaning of something in relation to the games
