Dear Mr Raveender,
\We are pleased to appoint you as Supervisor at Karimnagar with effect from 17.09.2014 and will
functionally reporting to Works Manager ~ Karimnagar on the following terms and conditions.
1. Emoluments and other benefits: Your total cost to the company will be Rs.1,62,812/-
(Rupees One Lakh Sixty Two Thousand Eight Hundred and Twelve Only) per annum. And
the Taxes will be deducted at source as per Government of India Rules and Regulations.
2. Probation: You will be under probation, for a period of 6 months from the date of offer letter
issued to you at fhe time your joining. On Satisfactory completion of your probation period with
the company, your services will be confirmed.
In case your performance during the probation period is found unsatisfactory, your probation will
be sole discretion of the company, be extended by a further period of your services may be
terminated by the company.
3. Annual Review: At the discretion of the Company, your total compensation may be reviewed
annually subject to your performance.
4. Attention to duties: You agree that you shall not engage in working for any other person, firm
fr association in any capacity, whatsoever, nor do any private business during continuance of
your employment with the Company. Further during your employment, you shall not directly or
indirectly, without the prior written consent of the Company, acquire or maintain a direct or
indirect interest in any business or enterprise other than that of the Company. You will devote
‘your whole time and attention to your duties with us.
5. Transfer: Your services are transferable, at short notice, any where In India, to any department,
to any liason office,works,regional office etc.,belongs to the company.in the event of your
transfer ,the term and conditions of employment outlined herein shall continue to apply to the
rules regulations as prevalent at the new place of posting.
6. Duties assigned: Although your normal work will consist of the duties assigned to you in the
‘capacity as shown above, you may at any time be called upon to discharge any other duties
\which in the opinion of the company are within your capacity to discharge and you will put forth
to undertake and discharge those duties with diligence and ay

7. Change of addre:
‘a You will Immediately inform the company (HR DEPT)In writing about any changes in your
residential address, marital status, number of children, nomination under provident fund and
‘gratuity acts and any other changes which may have a bearing on your employment with the
company on your failing to do so, all communications intended to be served on you will be sent to
‘you on your last known address, and this will be deemed to be sufficient service on you
b. You hereby agree to abide by all the Company policies and procedures, including its Code of
Business Conduct, and such other internal guidelines as the Company may formulate, as
amended from time to time and which shall form part of this letter and to comply with all work
Fules and Instructions communicated to by the Company to you, as each shall be amended from
time to time.
You further agree that you will not, directly or indirectly, at any time during a one year period
‘commencing upon the termination of your employment with the Company for any reason, either
fon your own account or for any other person or entity, solicit, interfere with or endeavor to entice
away from the Company or any of its related companies, any person who to your knowledge is,
for has at any time in the one year period immediately prior to the termination of such
employment, been a client, customer or employee of, or in the habit of dealing with the
Company.
‘Termination
‘a. Your employment shall be terminable by you or the Company at any time upon 1 month's written
notice. In’ the absence of notice period pay in lieu of notice is recoverable or payable as
applicable.
The employment may be terminated by the Company by alving shorter notice of termination and
without recourse to any severance compensation, due to material breach by you of any of the
terms and conditions of this letter of appointment it is further classified that during notice period,
‘you shall actually report for work normal duties and responsibilities and any leave taken during
the notice period would amount to automatic extension of notice period to that effect.
c. In the event of termination of your employment with the Company, you shall immediately return
to the Company all dacuments and copies in your possession in connection with the business and
the affairs of the Company as well as all the property belonging to the Company.
You covenant and agree that you shall treat as strictly confidential all records, data and other
Information that comes within your knowledge during the term of your employment and two
years from the expiry of and/or sooner termination of your employment and shall not disclose
any information to any party nor shall you take away at the time of termination of your
employment with the Company or for any purpose or use any or all information (including that
comprised in or derived from the information technology of all sectors, electronic intellectual
property, manuals, instructions, catalogues, booklets, data disks, tapes, source codes, formula
‘cards and flowcharts) relating to the business of the Company’ and the services provided or
products manufactured and developed by the Company (hereinafter referred to as know-how).
‘You will promptly return to the Company all such information of the Company. Any breach of this
condition would entitle the Company to take such action as would be appropriate in the
Circumstances and /or to claim damages. You further agree from the date hereof you shall use
all reasonable endeavors to prevent the publication or disclosure of any such er

9. Other conditions
‘2. You shall not make any public announcements or publications or give interviews in respect of the
business or affairs of the Company without prior wntten sanction of the Managing Director.
Publications or speeches by you, which concern the activities or interests of the Company, must
bbe approved in writing in advance by the Company.
b. You will abide by the Conduct Guidelines of the Company as applicable from time to time.

10. Retirement Age
In the event of your confirmation, it is here by agreed that you will retire from the services of the
Company on attaining the age of $8 years. The proof of age shall be the one recorded in the
school leaving certificate or birth certificate, as submitted and recorded in the records of the
company,

This letter constitutes the written terms and conditions governing your contract of employment with the
Company. Please, therefore, signify your acceptance of terms contained herein by signing and returning
‘the duplicate copy to the Human Resources Department, as a token of your acceptance.
