landowner does not want to spend a huge amount of money to
implement a conservation order:
Identify two sustains which the landowner needs to keep
doing.
Identify two improves which the landowner should change
The above two points are graded YES / NO at five points each.
For each improve:

o Describe why this practice is better
o Provide a ballpark cost estimate of this alternative
o List the materials or procedures needed to implement it
o Estimate how long it will take to complete
For the improves each is worth 10 points, which each component
being worth TWO points.

distraction for five minutes about your observations and management
proposal.

for 3-5 minutes.
