At the end of the lesson, pupils will be able to: pronounce words and speak confidently with
the correct stress, rhythm and intonation.
Step 1:
Teacher knock on the door and says May I come in?
- Wait for the pupils response.
- If there is no response. Teacher teach the pupils the correct response.
Step 2:
-Teacher puts up the story chart on the board.
-Call the pupils to sit on the floor / mat.
-Tells / reads the story to the pupils.
-Also shows the pictures of the characters.

-Ask the name of the characters.
-Show the picture and the pupils name it.
-Helps the pupils to pronounce it.
-Talk about the story and the pictures.

Step 1:
-Teacher ask pupils what is she holding.
-Pupils answer.
-Teacher puts the mat on the floor.
-Ask pupils the spelling.
Step 2:
-Teacher puts up the word cards on the board.
- Spell aloud the words.
- Pronounce the words.
- Show the phonemes.
- Show the actions.
Step 3:
-Together do the action.

-Do the actions for the phonemes together.
-Do for each word 3 or 4 times.
Step 4:
-Teacher show the word cards pupils pronounce and do the actions.
