Southern Nash Middle School, Spring Hope, NC (2015 - Present)

Principal Resident - Full-Time Paid Administrative Internship
Assumes duties of assistant principal including formal and informal observations, collects and
presents student academic and behavior data, and participates as part of the hiring committee.
School Improvement Team
Reviews improvement plan and analyzes data to determine schools' strengths and areas of
need. Works with principal and team to develop instructional strategies for student success.
Migrant Education Program, Spring Hope, NC (Summer 2015)
Internship with the Migrant Education Program Director
Served as the site administrator for the Summer Education Program. Created the Summer Program
schedule. Completed staff evaluations.
