Jhumpa Lahiri is the author of the Pulitzer Prize-winning
collection of short stories, Interpreter of Maladies, and the
critically acclaimed novel, The Namesake, an international
bestseller. Lahiri’s second collection of short stories,

bestseller list and earned the author the prestigious 2009
Commonwealth Writers Prize for Best Book.

She will be interviewed on stage by Peter L. Stein, Executive
