Parsons Transportation Group was awarded a competitively bid contract by the state of Indiana In accordance with the Bi-State Development Agrcement (CTT2 605 1400000043) and an Interlocal Cooperative Agreement between Kentucky and Indiana, a Joint Board was created 0 oversee and administer vatious portions of the LSIORB, specifically those areas related to tolling, “The Joint Board authorized the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet to use Passons as an interim toll dvsor fora period of six months from July to December of 2015. Itis in the best interest (of the Project and the Commonseelth that Parsons continue to act as toll services advisor from ‘now dhrough the frst six months of rollingon the Project July 2017).Now thatthe Tol Integrator is on board and directly in che midst of constructing the toll system it would not be practical © alter the Toll Advisory secvies cursenty being provided.
