What makes something an invention?
After reading the book, What are some inventions that
were not in the book?

Does anyone know what an inventor is? Someone
that comes up with a new object or way of doing
something.
Okay class, the other day I had this great idea. It is a
small light that you can carry around with you. It runs on
batteries, so if youre outside or if the lights go out you
can still see. I am going to call it the To-Go Light
because you can take it with you anywhere you go. Am I
the inventor of this? No, because it is not a new idea,
it is a flashlight.
No we are going to read a book about some famous
inventors and their inventions.
