KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE made and executed by and between:
LUZ L. BATAPA, of legal age, Filipino Citizen, single, and a
resident of Brgy. Pob. II, Sagay City, Negros Occidental, Philippines,
hereinafter referred to as the VENDOR;
- and LORELYN BATAPA CABATANIA, of legal age, single, Filipino
Citizen, and a resident of Brgy. Bato, Sagay City, Neg. Occ., Philippines,
and hereinafter referred to as the VENDEE.
WITNESSETH:
Whereas the VENDOR is the owner of one (1) unit ISUZU
BIGHORN (WAGON) duly registered with the Land Transportation
Office, Quezon City with Certificate of Registration No.: 21702003;

Whereas, the VENDOR has offered to sell to the VENDEE, the

afore-mentioned ISUZU BIGHORN (WAGON) and the VENDEE is
willing to buy the same.
NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the sum of
TWO HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (Php200, 000.00) the
receipt of which is hereby acknowledged by the VENDOR by these
presents hereby sells, cedes, transfers and conveys by way of absolute
sale unto and in favor of the VENDEE, the said motor vehicle situated
at Sagay City, owned by the VENDOR free from all liens and
encumbrances.
