Instruction: The Individual Activity Log Report will cover PO11 and PO12. Every
student is required to write an individual activity log report that reflects individual
contributions towards their group. Any supporting figures, sketches, calculations, etc.
may be included in the log report and described appropriately to support the works that
had been done.
Below are the criteria that will be assessed and evaluated upon the individual activity
log report:

The individual activity log report needs to be written in a template as attached

below.
All log reports needs to be compiled in a log file which may include other supporting
documents such as group profile, Gantt chart, copies of groups minutes of meeting
and other supporting documents that are necessary.
