HOW TO APPLY

Please read the detailed advertisement and general conditions carefully before applying through
online.

Use IE 9.0 and above browsers for applying on-line. Enable JavaScript in browser options.

Candidates are hereby informed that THERE IS NO EDIT FACILITY after submission of the online
application. Hence they are advised to be cautious before submission.

Candidates applying for the posts should first pay application fee as prescribed for each post in the
Advertisement through SBI online payment by clicking link ONLINE FEE PAYMENT before filling up
the online application. After making on-line payment computer generated SBI reference number
should be noted and used for filling up the online application form.
Note: Only numeric digits are to be entered in the SBI Reference No. column of the Online
Application.

Eligible candidates have to apply ON-LINE through our website www.amd.gov.in. The on-line
application process will be operational from 30.01.2016 to 22.02.2016.

The candidate can take a print out of blank application proforma provided as a LinkProforma of
online application on the main page, fill up the required information (in Capital letters) as per
proforma (alongwith the application fee details) and fill the online application, so that the data
furnished is error-free.

The candidates are required to keep scanned recent passport size colour photograph (less than 50kb
size) & their signature (less than 20kb size) saved in the .jpg, before submitting the application. In
case of re-submission of application due to errors, it should be ensured that the photo and signature
are uploaded again.

The candidates are also required to keep all the documents pertaining to their date of birth,
educational qualifications, experience, etc. ready, before filling up online application.

Each section of the application should be validated by the candidate after filling up the section by
clicking on the Validate *** button provided at the end of each such sections in the on-line
application form. If not validated, next section of the application form will not be available for filling
up the data.

After applying on-line, the candidates are required to take the print-out of the registered online
application form with system generated application number without fail and same may be retained
by him/her. They have to note down their application number for futurereference and
correspondence. The candidate can take re-print of his/her registered on-line application form
before the last date of on-line registration i.e., on or before 22.02.2016. The on-line application form
need not be sent by post to AMD, but has to be furnished at the time of verification/interview.

Note:1. The application is liable for rejection at any stage of the recruitment process, in case of
furnishing false information / in the event of not enclosing necessary documents (at the time of
verification/interview).
2. The candidate has to quote Advertisement No., Post Name and System generated application
number for all future correspondence.
3. If the application fee is not paid, his/her candidature will be rejected at any stage of the
recruitment process.
