Mindtree would like to present this fixed scope offering for Fusion HCM
implementation in cloud
Mindtree is an Oracle gold partner and Fusion capability building is one of
its top corporate priorities and part of Organization strategic objectives to
expand its services offering around cloud and related technologies. We
have Oracle certified Fusion HCM professionals with strong domain
knowledge ,implementation skills and years of delivery experience
Mindtrees proprietary accelerators and ready to use implementation
templates can help our clients to accelerate their Fusion HCM
implementation in a short 13-20 weeks of time frame depending upon the
implementation package they chose. The fixed scope offering provides our
clients a predictable cost, schedule, scope that lead to realization of
business values quickly

Key Assumptions
Mindtrees mPace methodology based on OUM will be used for
implementation.
Implementation is based on cloud deployment model hosted at Oracle.
Organizational Change Management will be Clients responsibility
Single country and one language ( English) is included in scope
Project execution will be via onsite offshore model
Client would assign a project manager to manage clients stake holders
team.
Client to finalize Subscription for respective product from Oracle prior to
implementation start date.
Project Team training-Only train the trainer sessions would be provided by
Mindtree.
There would be no application upgrade during project implementation.
There would be two environments available One staging and one
production environment.

Dependencies
Legacy system data extraction is clients responsibility
