I hope everyone had an enjoyable weekend and

come back this week ready to learn! We will continue
our work with fractions this week and begin comparing
two fractions with unlike denominators.
Our whole group language will focus on identifying
the protagonist and antagonist in a story (villain and
hero/main character). We will continue our novel studies
in small group reading time. Be sure to ask you child
about what they are reading in school!
We will begin reviewing for our Civil War test today.
The test will be on Thursday of this week. Please make
sure your child is studying at night and preparing for the
test!
This week we will begin our weather unit in science
class! We will learn about clouds and storms and even
create our own cloud in a bowl!
Please keep in mind that we have our 4th and 5th
grade program coming up and be on the lookout for
costume suggestions from our music teacher!
