PromotionalBudget
We hadalarge budget going into our promotion planbecause of all thehelpfuldonations from organizations and
businesses thatsupportedour event.Fortodayflyers andposters arenot themosteffectivewaysofpromotinganevent.
The easiest and most inexpensive way was through theuse ofsocialmedia.Thishelpedthe promotionalaspectof our
event, because wehad moremoneyto spendon getting prizes andother incentives toget participantsinterested inour
event.
Our budget was three hundred dollars for prizes for our event. We felt that Jazz tickets would be agreat wayof
getting people to come. We decided that we would spend two hundred and fifty for our main prize on Jazz basketball
tickets whileusingtheremainingfiftydollarsongiftcardsfromWholeFoods.Ourbudgetingwasverysimpleduetoallthe
