Item
Verify that the cabinet is properly installed and that cables are securely connected.
Verify that cabling holes are sealed with fireproof mud and that idle cabling holes have rubber plugs installed.
The fireproof mud is placed in the packing box of the cabinet base.
Verify that short circuits do not exist between live wires (L1, L2 and L3), between live wires and ground cables,
between live wires and neutral wires (busbar), and between 0 V copper busbars and 48 V copper busbars
(between48 V busbar measurement points 1 and 2 and the RTN+ busbar).

ON
Battery
Set the power switch to BAT ON if no information is displayed on the PMU 02B after the circuit breaker for the
battery string in the DCDB is set to ON. Then set the power switch to Normal after two minutes to protect the battery
string from being overdischarged. If the voltage of the battery string is lower than 40 V, set the power switch to
Normal two minutes after the mains is connected. Otherwise, a power failure occurs on the PMU 02B.

3 Power-On Check
Connect the mains to the power system only if related battery string parameters f or the PMU02B are
correctly set. Otherwise, the battery string may be damaged.
Check whether the voltages of the RTN+ busbar and -48 V measurement points 1and 2 are the same as the battery
voltage displayed on the monitoring module using a multimeter. If not, contact related personnel or handle the
problems by ref erring to the TP48200A Maintenance Guide.

Check whether the EMS can receive the information from the power system. If not, check whether the IP address is set
correctly and the PMU is connected properly.
Observe the operation of the power system for 15 minutes. If no alarms are generated, and current/voltage parameters of the
storage battery and loads are set properly, lock the door to the cabinet, give the key to the cabinet door to the customer, a nd
clean the site before leaving the site.
