Rivelon students’ need more than just one person to guide their education. As a student teacher, Ms. Whitten, added to the power of several brains working together for their good. She was willingness to work with others and had the ability to recognize that no one can meet all the needs of students who walk through our doors without help. In the process of collaborating with different colleagues within our school, she has built relationships that will las. 2. Describe the extent to which this candidate is an active participant in the professional learning community and works to achieve organizational goals in order to make the entire school a positive and productive leaming environment for the students. ‘Ms. Whitten took an active role showing leadership during a college tour to Benedict College. During the trip she was responsible for a group of students to tour the campus, be actively engage during the presentations that were presented, & fellowship with college level students during lunch at the college’s dining facility 3.
