Brazils Waxing Center August 2014Present
Lead Customer Service Representative: lead receptionist on shift responsible for providing clients
with excellent customer service. Duties include answering busy multi-line phone system,
simultaneously greeting and checking out existing clients, educating new clients on waxing, and
selling client products and packages. Very fast-paced environment.
Retail Associate/Model: provided customer service, arranged and displayed merchandise, stocked and
replenished products, assisted customers with knowledge of products, style and size, priced merchandise,
cleaned sales area, modeled, wore and promoted store products.
Server: responsible for providing customers with excellent dining experience and service. Duties
include extensive knowledge of the menu, communication skills with customers, checking of food
items for quality, accuracy, and presentation prior to serving, taking orders from customers, providing
recommendations and ensuring satisfaction.
Cashier/Server: single man shift taking orders and serving the yogurt, responsible for closing the
store, providing excellent customer service, making the yogurt, and cleaning out the machines when
needed.
Camp Counselor: responsible for children ages 5-13, ensuring their safety and providing them with
everyday care. Making sure all children either brought lunch or were provided, getting to know
children on a personal level and help guide them with their tennis skills.

As a Writer for the brand, I was responsible for maintaining the blog for our product line. This
blog included information about all of our products, as well as other related articles that may
encourage people to use our products. I was also in charge of all of the social media for the brand,
including Instagram and Facebook.
Media Director

Responsible for chapter adoption and use of proper technology. Including: creation and
maintenance of chapter website and social media sites, serve on the marketing committee, and
everything related to technology during the recruitment process (submitting up to four thousand
votes on sororitys headquarters website, adequately reviewing every potential new members
resume in order to give proper points, submitting lists as late as 5am, and always ensuring 100%
accuracy.)
JA Company Program consists of a group of students coming together to create their own
company. Students are responsible for coming up with one or more products to market,
advertise, and sell within the school, collect revenue and accurately distribute it according to
investments. Companys initial revenue is based on students participating investing in stock, and
receiving their share when company is liquidated at the end of the year. Our specific products
included school pride themed sunglasses, which sold for five dollars each. I was responsible for
managing all PR related aspects of our company. I made sure a percentage of our proceedings
went to philanthropic foundations in order to help our product achieve a positive image, I also
worked hand in hand with the Marketing Director to ensure all commercials and printed Ads
positively reflected our product.
