Exercise of Classwide Peer Tutoring

Split the class into two teams (Team A and team B or

choose a color for each group)

Within each group, set up each student with a partner

Pass out review sheets on the subject you are focusing on.

While the student is reviewing with partner, if the student

gets the answer right they receive two points; for each
question wrong the student writes the correct answer
three times and receives one point.

At the end of the tutoring/review session (10-15 minutes),

calculate the points within each team.

The team with the most points at the end of the week
wins! (prices/rewards may be of your choosing)

Repeat the steps the following week if necessary but place

students in different teams or with different partners.
