V - Critical Reflection

IV - Monitoring, Assessment and Evaluation

Observed Strengths: Thuraya is very organized and punctual. She was always ready to
assist the teacher and the students. She took notes and documents what the teacher was
doing and later incorporated them in the lesson that she planned. She asked questions
about the outcomes which showed she was interested

Areas for Development: Thuraya is very shy and quiet. Overtime she will be more
confident leading a whole group lesson and be more strict with the students.

General Comments: It was a great experience working with Thuraya. I hope she benefited
from my class. I surely appreciated having the extra hands in the classroom. She was very
patient with the students.
