I felt happy and proud to attend the class of my colleague Maryam Saeed Al Shehhi. She
was excited to be observed. After discussing my observation with her, I felt happy about
her teaching and to complete the observation. My colleague was happy about my
assessment that I wrote for her and she was agree with it. I wrote for my colleague some
suggestions that she can apply for her next lesson. We felt that we got experiences
because we attended the classes of each other and we have learned from the strength and
the areas for development of each one of us.
