Banking is one of the enterprises engaged in the field service financial services. The
bank plays a very strategic because of a countrys economy can not be separated from a the
flow a traffic of money from the role of a very strategic to say that the banking industry as the
pulse of the economics system. The study aims to know the degree of satisfaction of
customers for the image of a company and the quality of service at BRI branch Cikarang. The
authors used data primary and the secondary as a means of collecting data in the form of
questionnaires distributed to 100 respondents. The analysis used in this study is the scale of
likert, test its validity and reliability, regresi linier berganda and chi square. Which is then
processed by using the SPSS 16. The results showed that variable Corporate Brand Image
and Service Quality affect the level of satisfaction of customers PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia
branch Cikarang.
