Elloise was very reflective and thoughtful of her practices during her

placement. She incorporated a range of teaching strategies when working

with students of varying needs and abilities. This was aided by her
thorough planning, which displayed forward thinking and included
methods which would extend those who needed it, whilst aiding other who
needed it.
